This is the counseling for a conventional HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage / Reverse Mortgage). The Pay at Closing is for reduced income clients only. Single less than $2,510 per month and couple less than $3,406 a month. At the conclusion of the required counseling, a certificate will be sent to you.
